A note from the shop

This store is built for readers who want beautiful things and clear expectations. Policies below are written in plain language — no fine-print maze.

Demo storefront: when you connect real payments and shipping, update the timelines and regions to match your actual process.

Shipping

Orders ship from the U.S. once payment clears. You’ll get a confirmation email, then tracking when the package is on its way.

• Books & small goods: typically 3–7 business days to process (longer during launches or pre-orders).
• Apparel: may ship separately if print-on-demand; allow extra time.
• Pre-orders: ship when the item is ready — you’ll see estimated dates on the product when available.
• International: available where listed; customs or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & exchanges

I want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, reach out and we’ll sort it out fairly.

• Damaged or wrong item: contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos — I’ll replace or refund.
• Change of mind (non-personalized merch): unused items may be returned within 14 days; buyer covers return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
• Final sale: digital downloads, opened consumables, and personalized pieces.
• Books: if a print edition arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. Read content notes before purchase if intensity is a concern.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordering supports the book before it lands in your hands. Your card is charged at checkout (or per your payment provider’s rules), and the item ships when ready.

If a release date shifts, I’ll update the list and the product page as soon as I know.

Discount codes & newsletter

Subscriber discount codes apply where noted at checkout. One code per order unless stated otherwise. Codes can’t be combined with other promos.

Privacy

I only collect what I need to run the shop and the list: email, shipping details for orders, and basic site analytics if enabled.

Your email won’t be sold. Newsletter and order data stay with the tools that power this store and Substack. Demo mode may store a signup flag in your browser only.

Books may include dark or intense themes. Content notes live on their own page so you can read them before you buy.
